Job Summary

We are seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) with 3+ years of experience to manage and support our MariaDB Galera Cluster (primary responsibility) and MongoDB (secondary responsibility) environments.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring database performance, availability,



security, and reliability in production systems.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage and monitor MariaDB Galera Cluster to ensure high availability and cluster stability
* Perform basic performance tuning and query optimization
* Handle database backups, restores, and routine maintenance
* Support MongoDB (replica sets) administration and monitoring
* Troubleshoot database issues and coordinate resolutions
* Implement database security and access controls
* Work closely with application and DevOps teams

Required Skills

* 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
* Hands-on experience with MariaDB / MySQL (Galera Cluster preferred)
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of MongoDB
* Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of indexing
* Experience working in Linux environments
* Good troubleshooting and communication skills
