Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Design
Lead the design of PHE (Plumbing, Heating & Environmental) and Fire Protection/Alarm systems for high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial spaces, shopping malls, data centers, and industrial projects.
Perform detailed hydraulic calculations, fire protection system design, and all related technical services for complex projects.
Conduct design reviews, ensuring compliance with Indian standards and international codes (NBC, IGBC, GRIHA, NFPA, ASPE, IPC, etc.).
Communicate and present design concepts and solutions to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Team & Project Management
Oversee PHE & Fire project teams, ensuring consistent delivery of quality work within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
Mentor junior staff, guiding to help them develop their skills and meet professional goals.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the PHE & Fire Department, setting both short-term and long-term departmental goals.
Participate in client meetings, establishing and nurturing positive client relationships.




Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance team performance, client service, and design innovation.
Review project billings regularly to ensure they align with financial goals.
Industry Expertise & Innovation
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in PHE & Fire systems, applying this knowledge to continually improve project outcomes.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore current approaches to design and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required) with a professional certificate in PHE or Fire Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 16+ years of experience in the building design sector, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role focused on PHE & Fire systems.
Certifications: FSAI-AP, CFPS, or similar certifications are a plus.
