Position Overview





The Head – Partnerships is a key member of KKF’s Core Leadership Team and shall work closely with the Executive Director to strengthen institutional growth, partnerships, visibility, ecosystem engagement, and long-term sustainability to achieve organizational goals.

The role requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and relationship-oriented leader capable of building strategic collaborations, mobilizing resources, convening multi-stakeholder platforms, and strengthening KKF’s national and international positioning. The incumbent should be equally comfortable engaging with corporates, donors, governments, academia, media, and grassroots institutions, while bringing a strong passion for social and environmental change.

The position carries significant strategic and operational responsibility, requiring independent leadership, lateral and systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration within the framework of KKF’s Strategic Plan.
