We’re looking for a smart, execution-focused Paid Media Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing—someone who has actually run campaigns (through internships or full-time roles), understands how ad platforms work, and is eager to grow rapid.

What you’ll do:
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
Review campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for campaign execution, approvals, and updates
Create clear performance reports and dashboards (AI tools familiarity is a plus)
Support strategy discussions with insights, recommendations, and performance analysis

What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Google + Meta mandatory)




Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, attribution, bidding, targeting, funnels, tracking, creatives, and optimization logic
Good communication and presentation skills
Comfortable in a client-facing coordination role
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Familiarity with reporting tools, spreadsheets, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and AI productivity/reporting tools is a plus

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preference for Bangalore-based candidates)
