Reporting to the Head of Enablement the Learning Enablement Product Manager will
be responsible for the day-to-day management of our learning operations.
Enhancing the learner experience by identifying, managing, and resolving
historical L&D; processes, which in agreement with stakeholders. You will manage
and oversee process improvement, focusing on cost efficiency, leading customer
service, reducing duplication and data driven insights. Where possible working
to see where processes can be automated. Demonstrable experience of managing
projects to time, cost and quality whilst managing and mitigating risks/issues

•Working with the business you will be required to build excellent relationships
with the key stakeholders and help define the future roadmap for Enablement
activities. In addition to the technology, you will also have accountability for
leading operational support.
•Building and owning a playbook resource to help stakeholders understand the art
of the possible.



You will define technical support models and processes that
will help support the digital learning experience all employees receive.
•You will be expected to demonstrate the following key attributes:
•Prioritise issues and define solutions.
•Become an expert and demonstrate deep content knowledge.
•Identify ways to improve processes so they are lean and effective while meeting
business delivery requirements.
•Proactively identify features to be delivered based on voice of the customer
and key business stakeholder discussions.
•Provide appropriate reporting around platforms, with regards to performance,
change requests, SLA compliance and process improvement.
•You will be responsible for always ensuring alignment with our learning
policies and with ISQM1, providing evidence of compliance when required by SoQM
test teams or for FRC reporting.
