Transformation Design & Execution

Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will work alongside US and global teams to deliver large-scale transformation programs for Life Sciences clients.



You’ll contribute your sector expertise and consulting skills to help design PMO/EPMO/Transformation Office capabilities, strengthen program and portfolio delivery, and enable data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for professionals with deep Life Sciences value chain knowledge and proven business consulting capabilities - including structured problem solving, transparent communication, and client presence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Solution Design

Support the translation of corporate strategy into phased transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and investment cases across R&D;, clinical, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
Collaborate with technical teams to design custom solutions that align with client’s needs and fit the specific context of their organization.

Assessment, Planning & Value Realization

Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to evaluating process, data, technology, talent, and control
