Summary Of The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who takes pride in building high-quality software and enjoys tackling complex, meaningful problems. This role ideal for a deeply experienced engineer who wants significant ownership, strong technical influence, and the ability to mentor others — without formal team leadership responsibilities.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be a technical thought partner to Product and Engineering leadership, help shape solutions and architecture, and raise the quality bar across the codebase through example, guidance, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-quality,



scalable software using Claude Code, Azure services, React, C# and .NET
Own complex features and systems end-to-end, from design and implementation through delivery and iteration
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
Provide technical guidance and informal mentorship to engineers, helping elevate code quality and engineering practices
Participate in code reviews with a focus on maintainability, performance, and clean architecture
Advocate for engineering best practices and help uphold high standards across the team
Challenge assumptions and propose better technical solutions when appropriate
Contribute to incident response, debugging, and continuous improvement of system reliability
Support team growth by participating in technical interviews and knowledge sharing
