The Sr Manager Client Technology will oversee cloud operations, engineering practices, and service reliability while building a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and operations specialists.
Establish clear technical direction, encourage ownership, and promote continuous learning across the team.
Partner with senior leadership, product teams, security teams, and infrastructure groups to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
Represent cloud operations in leadership discussions by providing explicit recommendations, updates, and technical insights.
