Role Summary
This role manages technical support staff who provide technical support for the design and building of technical solutions. Provides leadership in designing, developing and implementing solutions in support of the business, according to standards and policies, while mentoring junior staff and guiding technology decisions.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager of Cloud Platform Engineering to lead a team responsible for designing, supporting, and evolving cloud-based technology platforms. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, business judgment, and problem-solving ability.
The ideal candidate is a solid technical leader who can quickly recognize patterns, diagnose complex issues, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions that balance risk, operational stability, and business outcomes. While hands-on coding is not a primary responsibility, the successful candidate must possess sufficient technical depth to guide engineering teams, evaluate solutions, and influence architectural decisions.
