Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Smart Hands Information Technology Support Professional to join our Data Center team. In this role,



you will be responsible for providing critical on-site technical assistance, ranging from hardware installation and cable patching to executing precise troubleshooting instructions from remote engineering teams. You will work alongside a team-oriented and process-driven team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of data center uptime, service assurance, and environmental compliance.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Execute Hardware and Infrastructure Lifecycle Tasks: Rack, stack, cable, and perform hardware installations or upgrades on servers, storage devices, and networking equipment while managing asset tagging and inventory reporting.
Collaborate for Technical Problem Resolution: Partner closely with remote engineers and customers to diagnose hardware or network issues, perform power-cycling, swap components, and execute basic commands under supervision.
