Providing Sales Configurator training to recent users and refresher training to existing users.
Maintaining Sales Configurator for business units.
Primary responsibilities

Profile - CRM Power user
1. Providing CRM training to new users and refresher training to existing users.
2. Maintaining records UpToDate in CRM for real time output.
3. Co-ordinating with Sales Support team to update the opportunities for sales review meetings.
4. Creating reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
5. User management for ACGE in CRM (co-ordination with HR)
6. Account management in CRM across ACG (co-ordination with finance & IT)
7. Opportunity management in CRM.
8. Resolving CRM related issues with the help of CRM Administrator through Issue tracker.
9. Creating Automation processes in CRM with help of Administrator.
10. Monitoring integration between SAP & CRM.
