As a member of the Catalog Engineering team, you will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems that power how suppliers and sellers create, manage, and enrich catalog content across our global marketplace.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing software engineers by providing regular feedback, career guidance, mentoring, and growth opportunities.
Build an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance engineering culture focused on ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Product, Program Management, Architecture,



and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions and execution plans.
Provide technical leadership by guiding system architecture, design reviews, and engineering decisions for highly scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems.
Establish and drive engineering best practices across software design, code quality, testing, observability, reliability, security, and production operations.
Manage engineering planning, resource allocation, execution risks, and delivery commitments while balancing short-term priorities with long-term technical investments.
Foster a strong engineering culture through technical mentoring, design discussions, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
