OVERVIEW
We are building next-generation sales capabilities through connected data, using retailer and syndicated sources to deliver reporting and analytics for the Noth America Retail Sales organization. As a Commercial Capabilities Analyst, you will coordinate business logic, technical requirements, and analysis to support solution development by technical teams. You will partner with Sales, e-commerce, and other stakeholders to deliver robust reporting solutions, act as the champion for the Reporting Pod, and guide data, process, and enhancement efforts. You will work across Run, Operate,



and Transform initiatives, providing technical consultation, writing tests, and building automation to improve efficiency and quality. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently on large enterprise projects and mentor others with technical expertise.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Partner with teams across Sales, Ecommerce and Operating Units business partners to provide consultation and deliver robust technical solutions.
Deliver Reporting Pod outcomes by bringing together multiple data sources to create a holistic reporting plan for Sales teams.
Act as the champion and shepherd for all Reporting Pod activities, including data, process, and enhancements.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Analysts, Data Engineers, PMs, BI Developers, Solutions Architects, and business stakeholders, on business-value-driven projects.
