Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or ICU settings.
Valid registration with the State Nursing Council or relevant medical licensing body.
Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications.
Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills under pressure.
Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to manage high-stress environments.
Competency in using ICU-specific equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning in critical care.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
