Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Contracting & Procurement
Lead the end-to-end procurement process for new research databases and resources.
Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms, ensuring alignment with business needs and risk mitigation standards.
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and extensions, ensuring continuity of service and timely execution.
Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and ensure version control and accessibility for stakeholders.
Coordinate with the Information Services (IS) team to assess database utility and identify new procurement opportunities.
2. Financial Management
Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
