Requirements
10+ years of relevant qualified experience in a leadership or senior operational role,



preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with measurable outcomes and high visibility
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business transformation, and driving operational efficiency
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities with executive presence
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred
Experience with performance measurement frameworks, data analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms
