As a Strategic Projects Manager, you'll lead high-impact projects across our Global Center of Excellence team that span people, process, technology, communication, and other strategic initiatives outside of core operations. You'll work with cross-functional teams globally to deliver projects on time and with expected quality standard while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
What You'll Do
Project Leadership:
Define project scope, goals, and success measures with stakeholders
Create project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
Lead project teams and manage stakeholder communication across all levels
Track progress, identify risks, and flag issues early
Manage project closeout, testing, and handover activities
Document lessons learned and share best practices
Reporting & Communication:




Produce and share regular project status reports
Create dashboards and updates that show project health and progress
Communicate project status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders
Maintain clear, transparent project documentation
Support & Collaboration:
Support CoE leadership with special projects and initiatives as needed
Work across diverse teams to solve problems and drive improvements
Foster a collaborative environment focused on results
What We're Looking For
3+ years of Project Management or Business Analysis experience in global organizations
Proven success managing strategic, cross-functional projects
Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle complexity and competing priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
Problem-solving mindset with focus on con
