Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Product Vision & Strategy:

Define the vision and roadmap for digitizing sales processes, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies in sales processes.

Product Ownership:

Responsible for functional analysis and documentation of requirements including process flows, business logics and designs.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features or enhancements.
Drive sprint planning and requirement grooming with the development team.
Participate in testing and validating acceptance criteria for deployment sign-off.
Drive timely release of product features while ensuring quality adherence.

Process Optimization:

Evaluate current sales workflows and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and field teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Partner with engineering, UX,



and other teams to design and implement digitized solutions.
Communicate product progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Metrics and Performance:

Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of digitization initiatives.
Use data-driven insights to iteratively improve processes and product features.

Change Management:

Lead the transition from traditional sales processes to digital solutions, ensuring buy-in from internal teams.
Provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
Experience
4-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, preferably in sales, CX, sales strategy or similar domainsIndustry Preferred
AutomotiveQualifications

BTech + MBA from a top-tier school.
