We are seeking a skilled professional with over 2 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of Mediation Zone applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production setting and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecom mediation systems and are looking to contribute to high-impact projects in a team-oriented environment.What you’ll do

Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications using Digital Route’s platform.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
Ensure smooth operation of Mediation Zone in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve
