We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture and Design Coordinator with a strong background in High Rise residential building projects. As the AGM - Architecture, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the design process, ensuring that all architectural aspects of the project are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement architectural plans for High Rise residential buildings.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of the design.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly and according to specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture and Design Coordination, with a focus on High Rise residential building projects.
- Robust knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
