We're looking for experienced marketing educators to help shape the next generation of AI. As a Marketing Instructor on our AI training team, you'll evaluate and improve how AI systems understand marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand positioning — directly influencing how millions of people interact with AI-powered tools.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for marketing professionals who want to do meaningful, intellectually engaging work on their own schedule.
Review and evaluate AI-generated marketing questions, scenarios, and strategic explanations used in model training
Assess the quality of AI reasoning around brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
Identify gaps, misconceptions, or unrealistic scenarios and provide clear, structured feedback
Apply your classroom experience to flag the kinds of errors that trip up real students and practitioners
Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no rigid schedules
Who You Are
3+ years of experience teaching marketing at the postsecondary level
Deep understanding of marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business communication
Able to critically evaluate written strategic reasoning and provide actionable feedback
Strong written communication skills — explicit, concise, and constructive
Self-directed and comfortable working within task-based workflows
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Hands-on industry experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles
Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
