The position plays a key role in managing payment operations throughout the full clinical trial lifecycle, from study start-up through closeout.

Accountabilities:




The role is responsible for managing investigator payment operations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, payment processes, and operational standards. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clinical sites to resolve issues and maintain efficient payment execution.
Manage the complete lifecycle of clinical site payment administration, including payment schedules, subject costs, payment triggers, database setup, start-up payments, and ongoing visit-based payments.
Plan and coordinate payment activities to ensure critical study milestones and site payments are delivered on time.
Review EDC design and data collection processes to ensure accurate payment mapping and troubleshoot payment-related issues.
Provide guidance on site contracts and budgets to ensure alignment with contractual terms and payment requirements.
Oversee external vendors and ensure adherence to pay
