We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more scientifically rigorous AI models — and we need expert biochemists to make it happen. Your deep knowledge of molecular biology, enzyme kinetics, and metabolic systems will directly shape how AI reasons through complex life science problems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed to fit around your existing commitments. No prior AI experience is required — just your scientific expertise.
Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced biochemistry questions spanning protein folding, nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, metabolic flux, and drug-target interactions to rigorously test AI performance
Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write accurate, step-by-step technical responses that serve as benchmarks for high-level scientific reasoning in AI systems
Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated biochemical pathways, molecular structures, and quantitative proofs for scientific accuracy and adherence to established standards
Identify Reasoning Failures — Spot logical errors in AI reasoning — such as incorrect stoichiometry, misapplied stereochemistry, or flawed mechanistic logic — and provide structured feedback to improve model performance
Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, on a schedule that works for you
