Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and skilled attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to E-surveillance & IOT alerts .
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timely.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Taking prompt action on customer query & the incidents as per standard process.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per standard process
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure to follow all compliances related to work flow.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.




Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements :
Any Graduate / Post Graduate or any certification related to technical field
Good communication skills - English and Hindi is MUST (Tamil will be added advantage)
Experience in E-survilance & IOT or ATM monitoring will add more value.
Understanding of various MS & Vendors operations , ATM & recyclers error codes will be added advantage .
Ready to work in shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night incl. Weekends)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
Should be able to interact with Bank’s and service providers .
Analytical skills on chronical events .
