Vocera now a part of Stryker looking for 6 to 8 years experience Staff Software Engineer with strong expertise in Type Script/Angular and nodeJs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud deployed application development with end-end working knowledge. working knowledge on Agentic development levering tools like Cursor will be an added advantage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations to design, implement, test, and maintain software contribute to architecture and requirements and support product releases and lifecycle activities. Solid communication skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to work independently and in distributed teams are required.

Technical Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Angular applications that are cloud-based and integrate services related to live data streaming and storage.
Lead a team of junior engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
Build or review backend REST APIs and ensure well-defined API contracts.
Optimize frontend performance using Angular best practices and Core Web Vitals metrics.
Deploy and manage applications on GCP using containerized CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct problem solving, identify potential solutions, and evaluate them against component and sub-system requirements
