The PMO plays a key role in supporting portfolio governance, financial management, and project delivery across a multi-project capability. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial tracking, standardized reporting, and adherence to governance frameworks while enabling effective decision-making through data-driven insights.



The PMO Analyst works closely with Program Managers and leadership to drive operational efficiency, maintain project controls, and ensure consistency across all projects.
Role Justification
With an increasing number of concurrent projects and growing complexity in governance and financial oversight, there is a need for a dedicated PMO/Project Manager role to:
Ensure consistent governance and adherence to project management standards across all initiatives
Provide centralized financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
Improve visibility for leadership through structured reporting (SteerCo, Jen reports, dashboards)
Strengthen data integrity across tools (Clarity PPM, ADO, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, AI tools)
Drive efficiency, risk management, and quality assurance across projects
Support detailed project planning activities
