Summary
The NOC Specialist is a seasoned skilled responsible for managing complex network monitoring and incident response activities. This role may lead small projects or operational processes, provide coaching to junior team members, and implement improvements to enhance NOC performance. The specialist operates with autonomy, leveraging advanced expertise to resolve complex,



multi‑domain issues and influence operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monitoring, analysis, and resolution of advanced or cross‑system network issues.
Manage and improve operational processes and small projects within the NOC.
Collaborate closely with network engineering, security, service desk, and operations teams.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of network technologies, tools, and standard operating procedures.
Follow established escalation paths and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).
Support 24/7 operations, potentially including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
Develop enhancements to tools, processes, or procedures to improve service performance.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners (vendors, customers) as required.
