Identity is at the core of most up-to-date security failures — and the AI systems of tomorrow need to understand exactly how and why. We're looking for experienced IAM professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on real-world identity and access control scenarios.
Your expertise will directly shape how AI reasons about privilege escalation, zero-trust design, and enterprise access risk. This is a unique opportunity to apply your security knowledge to one of the most consequential technology challenges of our time.
Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures
Review zero-trust models and access design decisions, providing structured expert feedback
Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
Help AI understand how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in practice
Who You Are
2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
Practical knowledge of how identity failures emerge and how adversaries take advantage of them
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments
Clear written communicator who can articulate technical reasoning with precision
Nice to Have
Experience with platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or SailPoint
Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, SOC 2, or Zero Trust Architecture
Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or identity-focused threat modeling
Prior involvement in AI, data labeling, or security research projects
