Job Description
Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end service delivery for Life Insurance operations, including new business processing, underwriting support, policy servicing, claims, and customer service. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, regulatory requirements, and service expectations, ensuring alignment across delivery teams. Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the life insurance value chain.
