Job Description
Generative AI & LLM Development
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions using modern LLMs.
Develop prompt engineering frameworks and LLM evaluation methodologies.
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Architect and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines.
Design document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval strategies.
Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
Optimize retrieval quality through reranking, hybrid search, semantic search, and knowledge grounding.
Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for RAG performance.
