A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Achieve territory sales targets, revenue growth objectives, and market share expansion across the STI and EMID portfolios.
Cover the assigned territory which will be Bhopal and nearby areas.
Drive adoption of Soft Tissue Implants, Hernia Solutions, Sutures, Stapling, and Intelligent Surgical Devices through clinical engagement and strategic account management.
Provide operating theatre and surgical case coverage, including product demonstrations, procedural support, and therapy education for surgeons and clinical staff.




Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with regional and organisational growth objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct training and in-service programmes for current and existing accounts to ensure appropriate product utilisation and customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities within existing and competitive accounts to increase product penetration and conversion.
Collect and analyse market intelligence, competitive activity, procedural trends, and customer insights to support business planning.
Organise approved educational programmes, customer engagement initiatives, and scientific activities in collaboration with marketing and regional leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, operational procedures, and customer engagement guidelines.
