About The Role





We are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Senior Manager (Team Lead) - Renewals, Retention and Expansion to lead the team responsible for growing revenue from Codingal’s existing customer base.

This is a sales leadership role focused on customer renewals, retention, upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation. You will own repeat customer revenue targets and build a high-performing team that helps parents continue and expand their children’s learning journey with Codingal.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, enjoys coaching and leading teams, and can combine customer empathy with commercial discipline. You should be comfortable working with revenue targets, analysing customer data, improving sales processes, and personally stepping into key customer conversations when required.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership: Own monthly and quarterly repeat revenue targets across renewals, recurring payments and upsell.
