Overview
Job Purpose
ICE Mortgage Technology is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our Data & Document Automation platform. This role is responsible for identifying customer and business needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and partnering closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
The ideal candidate combines solid product execution skills with a technical mindset, enabling them to manage product backlogs, define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product outcomes in an Agile environment. This individual will play a key role in building scalable, data-driven solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, pain points, and product opportunities.
Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
Leverage customer feedback, market insights, and operational data to inform product decisions.
Drive product delivery through Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with Engineering, QA, and UX throughout the product lifecycle to balance technical feasibility, scalability, compliance, and user requirements.
Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, data flows, and integration patterns.
Support go-to-market, client-facing, and operational teams with product expertise when required.
