This position is part of Business Operations Business Unit, within the Global People Tech Services reporting to the Workday Operational Services Lead.



The team is responsible for functional and technical support of data and business processes for Workday.
Main responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support across HR systems and processes and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives for all Sanofi entities. Provide Workday module support, including Core HR, Compensation, and Performance
Understand global and regional change requirements and translate them into actionable system and process enhancements
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support across HR systems and processes, ensuring effective and timely resolution. Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes within the captive Shared Service Center
Deliver operational KPIs and ensure compliance with Sanofi policies, guidelines, and GDPR requirements.
