About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Application Analyst who combines robust Business Analysis capabilities with hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
This is a hybrid role requiring an individual who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation while supporting the organization's evolving AI-driven Salesforce ecosystem.
A key differentiator for this role is experience working with Agentic AI solutions, where the analyst will serve as the human-in-the-loop, reviewing AI-generated outputs, refining prompts, validating recommendations, and continuously improving agent-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Partner with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business needs and problem statements.
Perform process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable business application solutions.
Create business requirements, user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
