Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for real estate properties
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide safety training to employees and contractors
- Investigate and report on any safety incidents or accidents
- Collaborate with management to create a safe and secure work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in safety management, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred
