Accountabilities:
The Senior Observability Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through their observability journey and ensuring successful adoption of advanced monitoring and reliability practices. Act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic customers, supporting their observability initiatives.
Design and guide customer observability maturity strategies, helping teams improve reliability and operational visibility.
Provide expert troubleshooting, technical guidance, and recommendations to resolve complex challenges.
Conduct technical reviews, health checks, and architecture assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
