Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Non-IT to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions across departments. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all internal
Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.




Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruiting for Media, Internet,BFSI,FMCG, Hospitality, BPO, or other Non-IT domains is an advantage.
