Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing Frontline’s digital visibility, audience engagement, website traffic, and conversion through data-driven digital marketing programs. This role owns the execution of the company website, SEO and AI search optimization, email campaigns, and paid digital advertising.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize the Frontline website, including content, landing pages, navigation, user experience, and conversion performance.




Analyze website behavior and performance to identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, user experience, and conversion.
Develop and execute SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search strategies to improve organic visibility and discoverability.
Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and search-intent research to guide website and content priorities.
Monitor organic traffic, search rankings, website authority, indexing, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
Partner with content owners to improve the search performance of webpages, articles, reports, FAQs, and thought leadership.
Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, structured data, and other on-page SEO elements.
Plan, build, and optimize campaigns, nurture programs, and automated journeys in HubSpot and other channels.
Manage paid digital advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, including targeting
