What would you do? A Team Lead/ Supervisor is responsible for end-to-end ownership of of trade confirmation and settlement processes for equity and fixed income products. The role combines hands-on processing and stakeholder management,



ensuring timely execution, strong controls, and high service quality. The role acts as a subject matter expert, handling complex issues, ensuring robust controls, and driving process improvements across the trade lifecycle. The role also acts as a go-to expert, supporting team members, driving improvements and managing stakeholder relationships.
What are we looking for? • Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain • Good verbal and written communication • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO • Willing to work in Indian Holidays Good Verbal Communication Skills Positive Written Communication MS Office
