Job Description
Responsibilities: Manage underwriting service delivery teams, ensuring service level targets are consistently met while providing mentorship to Domain Experts and Assistant Managers. Facilitate goal-setting processes, aligning team objectives with overall business priorities and ensuring clear cascades to all associates. Monitor, analyze, and present insights on underwriting performance trends, leveraging analytics and technology for operational improvement.
