Accountabilities:
The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating, improving,



and maintaining high-quality technical learning materials for a Data Center Technician training program. The role requires strong instructional design skills, collaboration, and the ability to leverage AI tools effectively while ensuring educational quality and accuracy.
Develop structured lessons, labs, and assessments using provided outlines and established content development workflows.
Create detailed lesson plans applying learning experience design principles before full content development.
Use GenAI tools to support drafting, refining, translating, and improving instructional materials while reviewing outputs for accuracy and learner suitability.
Audit existing curriculum content to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current industry practices.
