Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Java Full Stack technology professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and overall business strategy.
Software Requirements
Required
In-depth understanding of various technologies and software systems.
Strong experience with Java Full Stack development using current and supported versions of Java and relevant full-stack technologies.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.
Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes.
Ability to evaluate technology options and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Preferred
Experience developing enterprise-scale Java Full Stack applications.
Experience with Java-based backend frameworks and up-to-date frontend frameworks.
Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and web-based applications.
Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and observability tools.
Experience with containerization and distributed application architectures.
