Role Description The Elocution role at Jay Gurudev Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanayannur. The individual in this role will conduct elocution classes, coaching learners in pronunciation, voice modulation, articulation, and overall spoken communication skills. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, preparing learning materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve clarity and confidence in speech. The role also involves organizing practice sessions, supporting learners for presentations or performances,



and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration with other staff members to refine curricula and participate in educational activities is expected.
Qualifications

Strong command of spoken English, including clear pronunciation, articulation, and voice modulation.
Experience in teaching, training, public speaking, or speech coaching, preferably in an educational or coaching setting.
Ability to design lesson plans, create engaging learning materials, and assess learner performance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills, with a focus on inclusive and respectful instruction.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Language Studies, Communication, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work full time in office in Kanayannur, with reliability and punctuality.
