Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Python AI professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development. The role will lead cross-functional technology teams, provide technical guidance, drive technology initiatives, and translate business requirements into effective Python- and AI-based technology solutions.The position will contribute to business objectives by supporting successful project delivery, improving technology processes, evaluating recent technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and aligning technology capabilities with overall business strategy.
Software Requirements
Required
In-depth understanding of Python, AI technologies, and software systems.
Experience using current and supported versions of Python.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
Knowledge of database management systems and data structures.




Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Familiarity with source control, code review, testing, documentation, and release processes.
Ability to evaluate technology options and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools used for planning, tracking, documentation, and delivery.
Preferred
Experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or intelligent automation solutions using Python.
Experience with AI model integration, data preparation, model evaluation, and application development.
Familiarity with machine learning and AI frameworks and libraries.
Experience with cloud-based AI application development and deployment.
