Job Summary
As a Sourcing and contract manager, you are part of the Global Procurement Services team responsible for sourcing of goods and services including but not limited to Technology and Software for your designated categories. You will lead complex sourcing projects from end to end, including but not limited to set up of RFXs within the sourcing tools, project management of the project (ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders/customers, providing project updates, and external communication with suppliers), negotiating contracts , and getting sign off from internal stakeholders. You will be dedicated to specific sets of categories and you will work with the Stakeholder, Business Sourcing Partner(s) and Category Managers to be aligned with the related category strategies as well as internal customer requirements. In addition, you will be responsible to maintain the contracting database and update the Supplier Relationship Management database. Accuracy of data and support of monthly reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful,

You will be managing internal stakeholder expectations as well as proper document control, and project management skills are also a key aspect of this role and mandatory pre-requisites.Essential Functions
