About the role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst - APAC Payroll who will support the delivery of end-to-end Australian payroll operations, ensuring payroll activities are processed accurately, compliantly and within agreed timelines while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
Execute end-to-end Australian payroll activities including payroll processing, payroll runs and post-payroll activities.
Manage payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations and payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy.
Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including taxation, superannuation and statutory obligations.
Support payroll audits, governance reviews and compliance requirements.
Investigate and resolve payroll queries, discrepancies and complex payroll issues in a timely manner.




Support employee lifecycle payroll activities including new hires, transfers, leave management and terminations.
Maintain payroll controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Partner closely with Payroll Advisory, HR, Finance and external payroll service providers to ensure effective payroll delivery.
Support payroll-related system enhancements, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute towards standardization, process efficiencies and service excellence across payroll operations.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
Minimum 8 years of total experience with at least 6 years of relevant Australian payroll experience.
Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, payroll execution and post-payroll activities.
Proven experience supporting payroll populations of approximately 1,000 employees or more.
