Role & responsibilities -

Deal And Value Creation Execution

- Lead and manage ODD workstreams, including cost structures, margin drivers, and operational performance
- Identify and quantify value creation levers (cost take-out, pricing, productivity, working capital)
- Support synergy identification and tracking for M&A; deals
- Build and review standalone cost models, carve-out analyses, and business plans

Financial And Operational Analysis

- Develop robust financial models (revenue, EBITDA, cost benchmarking, unit economics)
- Conduct c and performance diagnostics
- Translate data into actionable insights and value creation plans
- Support development of 100-day plans and transformation roadmaps

Project And Stakeholder Management

- Manage project execution including planning, tracking, and delivery timelines




- Act as a key interface with onshore teams and clients
- Work closely with Senior Managers/Directors on hypothesis development and storyline building
- Review team outputs to ensure quality, insight, and client readiness

Preferred candidate profile -

- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- Experience: 8-14 years in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, or Corporate Strategy
- Solid experience in ODD, value creation, cost optimization, or business performance improvement
- Advanced skills in financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis
- Exposure to M&A; lifecycle, carve-outs, or integration is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
