1. Responsible for Post Silicon Characterization/Production Test of ARM or RISC-V based microcontroller Automotive SoC products, focusing primarily on Digital IP/Functional Blocks.
2. Develop Production Test programs for Automotive microcontrollers. The candidate will work on SMT7 and SMT8 platforms.
3. Demonstrate technical innovation in measurement automation on ATE (V93K preferred); experience in SMT7 and SMT8 is a plus.
4. Perform characterization to analyze device performance and ensure compliance with datasheet specifications.
5. Conceptualize, design, and implement hardware and automation software for the Characterization/Production Test of Automotive SoCs.
6. Work closely with the chip design team to debug silicon issues.
Qualifications
1. M.Tech / M.E. / M.S. or B.Tech / B.E.
in Electronics, Microelectronics, VLSI, or a related field.
2. Robust fundamentals in electrical circuits.
3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
4. Solid firmware coding and scripting skills.
5. Experience in automating characterization using an ATE (NI LabVIEW is a plus). Knowledge of SMT7 and SMT8 in V93K is an added benefit.
6. Experience using lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Source Measure Units, Power Supplies, and Function Generators is a plus.
7. 6–9 years of relevant domain experience is desirable.
