Our mission is to conduct rigorous analyses of the health system and inform policy makers to refine interventions for stronger outcomes. Aligned with ADRI’s broader mandate, the Centre also focuses on impact-driven knowledge management by institutionalizing, showcasing, and facilitating quality, sustainable, and evidence-based learning through research and action across multiple sectors — Health, Education, Livelihood, Climate Sustainability, Gender Equality, Finance, and allied fields — with robust intersectoral linkages for diverse partners and stakeholders.

Position

Research and Evidence Manager Number of Positions: One Duration: One year Eligibility Required Qualifications Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Rural Development, Health Care Management, Hospital Management, Health Administration, Health Policy, or equivalent.

Demonstrable experience in strong analytical skills, research,



and technical expertise.

Experience in tool development/testing and project coordination/management.

Good knowledge in project management, field team management, stakeholder engagement, government liaison, and partner/collaborator management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience in liaising with stakeholders and national/international donors.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working in close collaboration with government systems.

Experience in team building and management.

Experience in maintaining coordination between project teams of multiple partners.

Experience in quality control and assurance of research studies.

Responsibilities The Research and Evidence Manager will undertake the following roles and responsibilities under the guidance of the supervisor:

Operational Management and Capacity Building:

Supervise and monitor all district project team members to ensure efficiency and timeliness of project activities.

Conduct training of district team members for successful project delivery.

Ensure effective documentation of project efforts, learnings, and achievements.

Troubleshoot technical issues with the IHIP application and train team members.

Prepare weekly,



quarterly, monthly, and annual reports, case studies, briefs, and presentations to disseminate learnings.

Manage vendor/consultant relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and at reasonable cost.

Coordinate with district and state IDSP cells.

Participate in development and testing of tools/platforms for data collection, reporting, and management.

Periodically collate, clean, and perform descriptive analysis of data from systems, secondary sources, and studies.

Coordinate the overall project and report to the Research Associate and Project Lead.

Other Responsibilities

Synthesize learnings from different sites into a common information-sharing module.

Prepare slide decks for presenting findings to government stakeholders.

Prepare reports on research and program interventions for stakeholders.

Document project progress for monthly meetings and sharing with external stakeholders.

Travel within or beyond program areas for 10–30% of the time.

Remuneration

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, up to Rs 50,000 per month for suitable candidates.
